Shipping policy

Truth Teller, every order represents something personal—an idea you connect with, a design you want to wear, artwork you want to display, or a meaningful gift for someone special. That is why we take care when preparing and shipping every purchase.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Because some T-shirts, wall art, and accessories may be printed or prepared after an order is placed, certain products may require additional production time. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier operations, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Please review your name, shipping address, apartment number, postal code, and contact details carefully before completing your purchase. Truth Teller cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the product and fulfillment location.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost or damaged, please contact us at orders@truthtellernews.com. We will review the situation and work with you and the shipping provider to find the best available solution.
