Refund policy

Truth Teller, we want every product you receive to feel as meaningful and exciting as it appeared when you placed your order. Whether you purchase one of our statement T-shirts, wall art designs, or accessories, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number will also be required.

Because some of our products may be printed or prepared specifically for each customer, personalized, custom-made, final-sale, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing issue, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging to support@truthtellernews.com.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
